Executive Assessment for the top
CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, Director, Board of Directors, etc. All crucial positions with a high risk of detriment. Both for the organisation and the candidate in question. This requires a very thorough and high-quality approach. That is what Kenhardt stands for. An Executive Assessment is therefore carried out by a very experienced team led by a senior assessment psychologist with more than ten years of experience at executive level. The execution of the assessment preferably takes place at the Kenhardt office in Vught. This inspiring and tranquil location has the right facilities to perform optimally as a candidate
Intake
Prior to the examination, a comprehensive intake takes place and written information is requested. This information forms the basis of the examination. Based on the oral and written information obtained, a customised assessment programme is developed. In addition, during this meeting we agree on the way we report and make clear what you can expect from us.
Invitation
We will contact the candidate to coordinate the date of the examination. The candidate is informed in detail both orally and in writing about the examination and how it will take place. With the invitation, the candidate also receives a link to a number of questionnaires that can be completed online at home prior to the assessment examination.
Programme
The programme consists of several components and is designed based on the intake. The executive assessment often consists of the following components:
- Personality questionnaire
- Motivation questionnaire
- Capacity tests
- In-depth interview
- Simulations (role plays, multimedia simulations, etc.)
- Personal iPad recording analysis
- Business interview
- Final interview (wrap up)
The candidate is welcomed on the day on behalf of the client and the whole programme is explained again beforehand, so that the candidate is well informed. At the start, the candidate’s personal situation is also discussed. Besides being conducted by the senior assessment psychologist, only experienced assessors and specialised actors are used in the programme. The candidate has access to a quiet private office, in which all activities take place. A lunch is offered at lunchtime. At the end of the day, the first overall results are discussed with the candidate and agreements are made about the follow-up.
Report
The end result of the study is a thorough and clear report, tailored to the client’s requirements, as discussed during the intake. We work with short lead times. The report is ready within four working days and is initially presented to the candidate. After the candidate’s consent (in connection with the NIP code), the report is provided to you as the client.
Debrief
The report gives a clear and objective picture of the candidate and, depending on the agreements, a suitability assessment is made, relevant competences are assessed and areas and possibilities for development are described. To ensure that the report is interpreted and applied correctly, we are happy to discuss the results in a personal interview.
